new site

I created a new blog for my program as a place to post home work. It is kind of fun if you ever want to check it out. HCAHOMEWORK.WORDPRESS.COM

I saw this sign on the way home for utah, they always make me laugh. On my mission in one of the apartment complexes there was on that said the same thing only right next to it was a sign that said that this area is know to contain contaminates that may cause birth defects, it was kind of funny.

Really Cold

I thought I would write a quick note about today. I was so cold at work, at lunch I purchased one of those small heaters to put under my desk and some hot chocolate. Now I am toasty warm!!!!

I just thought i would record a little about Christmas and write about a funny lady i talk to at work today. Christmas was great!!!! I had a great time caroling and the part that was really fun was the day after a family that we caroled to came in to work. They explained how we made their (i before e except in the word their) Christmas season, they felt a little down this year because none of their family was able to come home for the holidays. It was fun to see that although we were having a good time we did have a little impact for good on someones holiday season. New years eve was fun as well. We went to the Manning's home. The nativity was really fun, Grandpa Murray told the story from an old video and the kids put the nativity characters up on a flannel board, just as we were doing in the video of a year past. Then later that night I had the privilege of going to the Furness home and play games with Dannel. It was fun, even though we didn't win. Christmas day was good to see how excited Jose was Christmas. I think i am kind of like a big little kid when it comes to Christmas because i was really excited too. Then Christmas afternoon and evening i spent with Dannel and her family. It was fun, we watched transformers, which is a pretty cool movie, and played games. So that funny lady... (ellipsis) came into the store an couldn't get her phone on, so i helped her and then we sat and chatted for about two hours. She told me all about her mom and her travels. Her mom is 93 and, as she put it, a little stuck in her ways sometimes. What i thought was interesting was her vocabulary that she used. One of the words she used that i took time to write down is fastidious. Look it up, its a good one. Well i better end this before i ramble too long, so to the three people that read this (if you count me twice) happy new years!!!!
